CRES provides Civil Engineering drawings reflecting our design. Plans and details are also provided to show construction details. All notes and specifications will be shown on our Construction Documents. Client's Obtaining the Soils Report for the applicable property is a Mandatory Requirement for our Engineer's to provide you with the most accurate design proposal.
CRES has the expertise and experience necessary to guide clients through the entire development process, including site development, conceptual planning, engineering design, construction oversight, construction administration and project management.
» Golf Course Design
CRES also provides full Golf Course Design. Our landscape designs are inspired by the natural landcape, while preserving the existing surroundings. Our course subgrade is designed as a compacted impermeable base to work with our drainage systems design to direct any excess water to non-core golf areas thereby preserving and maintaining the course integrity. Our maintence facility design provides such items as well location and depths, determination of the rough water demand and the design of the maintence building itself.
CRES has a very thorough knowledge of the game of golf, with a true understanding of strategy, shot value, limitations of players and equipment, and realistic design possibilities. Today’s golf course designer must have the training and experience not only in Architecture but a solid foundation in Civil Engineering principals to provide a top quality course.
